Auster Yachts presented the Z24 daysailer by Zonda Group at Annapolis US Boat Show.
This event takes place every year since 1970 at the legendary waters of Chesapeake Bay. It is known as one of the main and biggest sailing Boat Shows in the Northern Hemisphere. and it is the main sailing boats exhibition in the Northern Hemisphere
The worlds mayor sailboats manufacturers are present. Distinguished French brands as Beneteau, Janneau, Dufour, Italian ones as Italia Yachts, US Catalina and Tartan and German also as Hanse and Dehler are exhibiting there boats.
Catamarans and Multihulls demand a whole different chapter, occupying about 50% of the exhibit.

The Z24 designed by Pablo Mastracchio with her is 23’8» LOA, 8’9» Beam, and lift keel and rudder has been presented at Annapolis Sailing Boat Show in USA by his American distributor Auster Yachts LLC.
This launch has captured the attention of weekend sailors as well as racers, and schools from all over the country who usually attend this event to get a premiere to new products. Attendance at Auster Yachts stand was non stop during the 4 days of the show.
The big surprise was the interested that the media had on the boat. After visiting it, we were awarded with a Nomination for 2024 Boat Of The Year by the pretigiuous Sailing World Magazine.
This nomination meant an extense interview with the editor of Sailing World Magazine editor which came with experienced sailors and racers who were also judges for the award of for the different categories. Z24 stood out thanks to its design, build quality, deck layout and spacious cockpit as well as delicate interior, and overall versatility.
This brand new boat, just launched, with no sea trials done, was pushed to the limit by the judges as if it were was a race! The outcame was outstanding to the judges, who enjoyed of nearly two hours of safe and fast sailing. Tacking and gybing one ofter the other it was clear that BOTY 2024 nomination was well deserved
